David K. Han

David Han is Managing Principal of Turtlerock Group, LLC, a strategic marketing and consulting practice based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Turtlerock offers consulting and hands-on market development for major corporations and emerging ventures in advanced mobility and sustainable technologies.

David currently serves as Managing Director, North America, for Seoul Robotics, a LiDAR perception software company in the AV, ADAS, Smart City, Smart Factory and Robotics markets. In 2018, David was appointed as Commissioner, Asian Pacific American Affairs Commission, witin the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity.

David holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, and MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
